U can hope as much as you want, devs won't do shit. Even real fullscreenmode isn't in the game, what do you expect from a Dev team like this? Just hope engine.ini will be editable soon again

He wanted to say that unlocking FPS is still working.The rendering settings are blocked, that is all that concerns the processing of graphics. Most likely there will not be other ways to use them.
