paypal chargebacks

in the middle of doing a boxing, was wondering two things :

a. should i call paypal asap as soon as the item was signed for?

b. if i get the money, how likely will i get charge back from the big box retailer?

1. No need to you can just wait it out a week
2. Rebill is unlikely since the claim will close in your favor
