Man it's just rep. You can neg rep anyone for any reason. Who cares if staff neg rep you. No big deal.
You know its sales trashing,it hearts a lot.

No you should not,as a stuff you be respectful ,so you also get respect,calling a member "dumb fuck" for no valid reason,is bad behaviour from a staff,you should get infraction.
Also leaving a comment is allowed,even if it is sales thrashing you can only remove it or warn,infraction is only for repeated after warning comment ,that I did not.And -rep for a comment on a thread for only first time certainly not allowed.You got emotional most likely for friend and act out of emotion.cause you have no reason to use slang on me,you act completely like a kid,unprofessional ,unlike a staff of MPGH ,should be infracted.
