twitch prime

Is there a limit of accounts that i can link to get a free sub from twitch prime? I already connected 3(3x free sub) but cant seem to connect another one(prime works on amazon, can watch everything etc but when linking to twitch it says "we cant enable prime on this acc") I even tried to use legit CC but it still gets declined

You must be doing something wrong. I use VPN USA, checked CC and I create around 20 twitch primes per day.
