A lot of countries will require a bachelor's degree in order to get a visa unless of course, a company is willing to sponsor you, which again, is tough without a bachelor's degree.

No you can't. Definitely not to countries like Australia/Switzerland/Sweden if you want to work and stay for an extended period of time.
You'll need either a bachelor/master or you'll need to be recommended by an employer that is already settled there.
