Pretty sure they're should be things out there like this? Most likely paid followers. And either way most of the paid followers get your account banned :/

there's plenty of apps that do this.. just search 'instagram followers' on the App Store
Sounds like you're best chance is to just buy followers or find a free app, as you sound completely unsure about programming...
