No Round Down?

I've noticed that all the zombies menus I download don't seem to have the feature to decrease the round, only increase it. Is there like a whole different thing you have to do during coding to change the round down than change the round up or is that just not on people's priority list?

I've actually never tried decreasing it but there's a chance it works anyways. I'll try decreasing it later today though.
