how many chances i have to get banned after use SAM for rank hacking?
Very slim.
I use it every day, sometimes several times a day. EAC won't ban you for it if you have it open either, but I wouldn't try it while the game is open. Just don't get reported by being rank 20 every day with all the best perks.
VERY RARE to get banned by sam, ex: just dont share pics showing your rank 20 and the next day showing it at rank 1; Put steam private or for friends only, etc.

Open profile, every day hacking to rank 10, but skill on rank ~5 still no ban
