❓ How EAC ban works?

Hey guys! I'm so curious how EAC ban works. If you wanna share some info with me I would be happy to know

I heard there is a limit of bans(3!) and after that HWID ban. So for ex) i used my friend's account and got ban. Whose information will be saved for EAC? My pc or friend's pc. I tot if i used his acc before ban and no more - so i got this ban not him (1/3 before HWID. right?)
Also for ex) I was banned HWID. If i used friend account before that his account will be banned too? And how many times i need to use another account so it can be banned with my main after HWID?
And maybe there is someone with HWID ban experience. They banned all your accs (same time with main)or only after u login

it's pretty obvious, it works by detecting cheats that's stored in there cheat system. HWID banned comes after you reach 3 strikes.

I know it, the question was different: I heard that the EAC banned linked accounts, and I would like to know how EAC determines whether the accounts are linked. Is one log in enough? If my actions led to a ban and account is not mine, will my other accounts be banned? Will the ban count my computer or account owner (i mean count to HWID ban) ?

To OP: did he family shared dbd for you or did he gave you whole access to his steam account?

That's something I really want to know aswell. Does this ban count on your pc id or still on your friends pc id or even both? Maybe someone else has more informations

I got HWID the first time. But I did not edit my save, I only shared the account with the person who edited several of their accounts. We were banned at the same time. On the second day, my new account was banned after few hours without any reason. Since then I have wondered if it was a bad luck that I was banned the first time, or whether you can lock your computer to a friend.

Probably his HWID ban got "connected" to your pc aswell and your HWID banned aswell now.

Well, i have been banned (my fault) and another acc was banned aswell. I played 1 game on that another acc ~2 week ago. But another account that i used long time ago (3months+) is ok. So i think EAC saving logs for short time or so
