The recommended specs don't guarantee a quality time playing the game (most of the time anyway), especially not more than 1080p. I will say though, it seems very likely that the OP is trying to run DBD on some laptop without a graphics card (BootCamped Windows on a Mac, or just some random Dell/HP/etc) if you really need an fps boost with a config.

im using nearly the same Specs like the recommended and i have on ultra 1080p 65fps and they never drop under 59?
i mean why would you have more fps for a 60hz monitor? useless as hell. xD
the only way is to enable aero or enable win98 design for more performance other ways are all useless. xD

You realize that some people enjoy playing at a higher resolution than 1080 right?

You realize that some people enjoy playing at a higher refresh rate than 60 hz right?

I play at 1440 resolution with 140-160 fps.

Just because someone wants more FPS doesn't mean their hardware is lacking.

What are your specs? That's quite impressive, unless my gpu is worn out (which then it would make sense)

Close the game.

Try modifying the GameUserSettings.ini file to disable Vsync in the game. Do the following:

Press Win + R (open the "Run" windows window) and go to

Code:
%appdata%\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Open the file GameUserSettings.ini (but look at its properties if it is in read mode or write mode) first put it in write mode because you need to modify it.

Change the values in Red (bUseVSync=True for this other bUseVSync=False and also change to FrameRateLimit=500.000000) this will increase several FPS:

Code:
[/Script/Engine.GameUserSettings]
bUseDesiredScreenHeight=False

[ScalabilityGroups]
sg.ResolutionQuality=100.000000
sg.ViewDistanceQuality=0
sg.AntiAliasingQuality=0
sg.ShadowQuality=0
sg.PostProcessQuality=0
sg.TextureQuality=0
sg.EffectsQuality=0
sg.FoliageQuality=3

[/Script/DeadByDaylight.DBDGameUserSettings]
ScreenScaleForWindowedMode=100
ScalabilityLevel=0
AutoAdjust=False
ScreenResolution=100
FullScreen=True
MainVolume=100
MenuMusicVolume=0
UseHeadphones=True
MuteMusic=False
HideTutorial=True
MuteOnFocusLost=False
KillerMuseSensitivity=50
SurvivorMuseSensitivity=50
KillerControllerSensitivity=50
SurvivorControllerSensitivity=50
InvertY=False
Language=es
HighestWeightSeenNews=107
ChatDefaultVisibility=True
LastPanelContextId=0
bUseVSync=False
ResolutionSizeX=1366
ResolutionSizeY=768
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=0
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=0
WindowPosX=-1
WindowPosY=-1
bUseDesktopResolutionForFullscreen=False
FullscreenMode=1
LastConfirmedFullscreenMode=0
PreferredFullscreenMode=1
Version=5
AudioQualityLevel=0
FrameRateLimit=500.000000
DesiredScreenWidth=1366
DesiredScreenHeight=768
LastRecommendedScreenWidth=-1.000000
LastRecommendedScreenHeight=-1.000000
LastCPUBenchmarkResult=-1.000000
LastGPUBenchmarkResult=-1.000000
LastGPUBenchmarkMultiplier=1.000000
Once changed, save the GameUserSettings.ini file and change its properties to Read Only. Now you start the game and you must increase several FPS, as advice changes from Ultra to High or Low resolution, you will almost not notice the difference in quality but in FPS.
Thank you bro an actual answer
