Hack features explained?

ok i am a newb to ca but can soemone explain all the features liek superjump? is it like warrock only u die when u hit the ground in ca? and what does pickup hack do? it doesnt seem to pick up anything... just alil confused and no sway ? non of them make the guns not sway? is it wheile u run im not sure but id love if someone could explain what the pub features do thanks guys sorry in advance for bein a newb lol
