Payment issues with Borderfree

Lately I've tried ordering from a few Borderfree companies, and they have all either cancelled my order afterwards, or just straight up told me there was problems with my payment information. They aren't very big either, all of the orders are under $600. I've tried with multiple different names/addresses/cc, etc. Tried paypal as well. I've even tried with a friend's cc/address that literally has zero refunds from anywhere. Everything is being cancelled. Anyone know why or experiencing similar issues?
