I was wondering if there is a way to edit the .as files inside an AS3 client. Using JPEXS doesn't seem to work (it won't let me save, it says there are always errors; the p-code editing doesn't let you do everything I need to), I tried converting it into a .fla file using JPEXS and editing it then publishing it with Flash Professional CS5.5, but it had a ton of errors when I did and the client no longer worked, and I tried to use rabcdasm but all the files are .asasm and they seem to be the same as the p-code editing JPEXS lets you do. Is there an easy way to edit the scripts inside the SWF and I'm just too stupid to see it? Thanks in advance for any replies. It'd be a great help.

PS: The client works fine so I don't know why JPEXS and Flash Pro CS5.5 were complaining about so many errors.

well get intellij idea u dont need to edit the swf the files for the swf are in the whole as3 folder

btw every time u edit something in the folder u have to rebuild

Easiest way do edit them is to edit them with Notepad++
