Apple Refund Help

I'm in the process of going through a refund (iPhone XS Max) with a refunder, its almost past the return window and I'm not sure what to do (if the refund fails, I can't return it). Also, if I should mention, I'm getting emails from UPS.

dont worry about the return window, i retuned a failed mbp a week after. Just make sure its sealed and make some excuse that you were out of town or something.

return label is fine. You can always return in store even when its out of the window. As for the refund apple should not be taking this long and you shouldnt be getting email from your carrier
