my friend play with internal with just chams only visible and hiot marker and he get vac 2 days after
after he play whit external like 2week and now with chams legit aim and bhop legit but still not vac
So internal cheat csgo is detected ?

If its internal, it depends on the injector you are using and the hack as well. If the injector can be easily detected, its probably the injector that got your friend banned.

External cheats can also be detected if you do not use it at your own risk.

No cheat is 100% undetected.
