crossfire hack

I really need help when i start crossfire with hacks i see browser come up and then game starts but the letters in the left up corner comes up and then they go away and i log in then i get in a game i can see boxes around people but when i try the insert or delete buttons the menu does not come up but ic an go up and down and us them but i just can see the menu! can someone help me with these and i have windows xp

hold down delete or f10 for a sec and se if that helps... this might help because of lagg...
