Hi, IM Kicked me out 'disconnected' and not want to work anymore now !!!

I have been trying to get access to IM for the past 2 days without success. Pretty much everytime I've gone to speak with a seller it gets stuck on connecting..
Yeah. IM is down for me right now. It's forever connecting. I tried it on Edge and Firefox.
