ok ppl i got banned permanent on combat arms eu for changed files..

Help section is there for a reason bud 
If you got a permanent ban then the chances of getting your account back are slim. Only chance you have is if you ring them up and plead and put on a fake cry and they might give you a sympathetic unban.
