Making a esp hack in python

How would I go about making a esp hack for csgo in python if I cannot write but I can read. If I cannot write how would I be able to draw boxes around players unless it worked like an overlay like how some fortnite hacks work? I know some java because I have made minecraft plugins in the past and I know python because I play around with an online ide in my free time at school.
