When I started the .exe and pressed game start on combat arms, an error comes up that says: Could not inject .dll, what should I do?

CA closes when hacked, think it is outdated :S

I opend the .exe as a Admin and opend CA as a admin and didn't click on game start, then i switched the tabs on the hack (like in the vid) and then I pressed game start. but the error comes up "Could not inject dll". I'm on Windows Vista.
