everytime i inject an hack with PerX it popps up the msvcr100d is missing please tell me!

Google the .dll.
Download it.
Place the .dll into your system32 folder (C:/WINDOWS/system32) or your Combat Arms folder.
If this doesn't work download the MSVCR100D.dll Fixer. Use the search bar.
