Global ban

Hey guys first of all i didn't cheat to get global ban but i need to remove this global ban i contacted battle eye and told them if there anyway i can proof that i didn't cheat i will do it and have been a week and they did not answer tho i bought new hard Drive but didn't install my old Drive windows* just installed new windows on the new drive and started the game and still getting banned after 2 rounds anyone can help ?

You got hardware banned mate. You gotta remove all the new drives which were there during your ban. RIP
