Lool It is LONG.
I gave up half way.. So I just went to the important parts.

All of it is the important part depending on your problem

The TCP settings in the registry work great after a restart.

Defragging only lets Windows and programs access files faster, it doesn't lower your ping.

Leatrix's latency fix works great ^_^
