So far I have made The k-2 have the rate of fire of a p90 (my first sucessful crossmod on this game) everything else stays the same as the k-2, same damage, same accuracy, same recoil, same weight.

THIS IS VERY IMPOSSIBLE

You are talking about here is the CLIENT and the SERVER side

you are able to edit your client side e.g (WALL HACKING,AIMBOT)

but the DAMAGE, MONEY or everything that was set in the SERVER side is very impossible to change
