I am at the prestige 1000 but there is something wrong, because in the upper bar there are the numbers that I still have to fill?

I have this too. It's just a bug. If you're lucky the game will load your EXP bar correctly. Sometimes if you play a few games it will update.
did u do the xp lobby?
