Contact msn support. It takes about 1-2 days to get it back

Sorry, that was stupid. I assume you have a recovery question?
Just recover your account.
Make a new email account send a email to hotmail about your other email account being stolen and give them your email address for your old email and theyll get it back for you within 1 to 2 days
