It's in the name of ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response). Its a tingle like feeling down your spine due to the specific sounds in the videos

I used to like ASMR but now I don't get triggered anymore..
I am still hearing them as background noise while I am studying or browsing, because it calms my tinnitus
