I am looking for a way to verify US/UK/CA phone numbers on PayPal
I used apps like TextNow, Text+... etc but they don't seem to work anymore (TextNow can detect VPNs now I think)
If there is a public method send it to me on IM or PMs

I dont know if that helps, but there a several chinese sites that sell phone numbers for 8 cents a message.
