You need to use Injector (IM USING EXTREME INJECTOR)
Then you need to put .dll to injector and then click to inject when csgo is running

Can you recommend optimal anti aim settings?

Rage and Legit don't work for me. Doesn't lock onto anyone.

how to inject and activate?

You need to download INJECTOR, then put .DLL in to injector and press INJECT when CS:GO is running
Then press INSERT to show menu

Its easy to make RAGE config or add me to steam and i will send u

It works for everyone, maybe u dont have it turned on
