HelpWhen IM will be back?

I saw someone put email and said that is email and google hangouts (this is a platform for chatting, calling, etc.)
Can I use Tele.gram or something? People need to have 15 posts to can contact me, also I not replacing anything who ask me on PM, I have 6k contacts on IM, how I can know what he purchased? There are a lot other safe platforms for chatting... Also, Messanger will be cool to be used in a time where IM is down...

@ReplacementsNX pm and email are allowed for now. Everything else is not. Emails are yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc... Only emails themselves
