Help🙁 Anti Kick

Hello ! Is there any Anti Kick tool or script available nowadays? 'Cause I don't want to be kicked whether using cheats or not.

When you are playing casual or deathmatch, you can create a vote to change the map every time they try to kick you. You can only create a vote every 5 minutes though. "callvote ChangeLevel de_dust2"
