Clicking chat button for 3 hours, any help?

Mine working good I see you coming on and off try to clear cash and cookies and try another browser problem could be on your side try some VPN network as well hope it gets fixed

I can't connect because I got 150 unread msgs + 6000 contacts, all because of poor and bad IM system.
Tried VPN, Tried other browsers, tried differently IP

that's really bad hope it gets fixed you get online on my list so i think that means you are connected to IM but it doesn't load up. might wanna try to let it stay connecting for while it might get through.

But why I have to do that?
Why @Dave84311 not fixed anything? this problem is reported a lot ago, almost on the start of chat, and nothing is fixed!! He says to buy a new PC, I did that, still the same! I CONNECTED VIA HIGH END SERVERS Geforce Now, they cant even load contacts!
Other communications services can, also I am top seller in the marketplace, I guess I deserved this...

Also tested on my home network and 4G

After 5 hours trying to connect, I finally connected, click to all msgs to make it read and after that to connect I have to minimize chat until I get connected, sometimes it gets "reconnecting", but mostly works, will not work if I get many msgs or contact requests... However still big struggle, if someone write me 10+ msgs I will have trouble to connect.

I pressed this button like 3 hours, please fix it!
for me it's not the best solution to remove my contacts, people will think I scammed that people...
and I show I made a new account and worked normally, but on this, I can't, I tried different browsers, Internets, Devices, all!!

I don't know what to do, like do I have to leave this profile? With 6200 contacts and a lot of customers and to scam all these people? I am almost a year on MPGH selling, but never faced this much problem...
I can't even see contacts anymore; also I checked device usage, 15% processor and 40-50% of RAM, so I don't want shit like your PC can't handle, IM has the issue with loading. I really want to this be fixed, and I am not only one who still have issues, Dave I sent you a picture where people were complaining how they can't contact me? And you going to ignore all these people? And if you delete me all contacts (that will fix the situation for sure), I will get tons of scam reports + I will lose my customers, but all that because of not my fault? This is not fair, I want the solution, if you do not find it I guess u not wish to me anymore on a website?
Also, I listened to you this summer, u said to I have to buy a new PC and I purchased it, wasted money, tried on High-End servers and nothing helps?
If you need money to fix it, I will pay, I just want to can normally use IM like any other platform, I have nothing against IM, I just want to use it, that is all I want
