Does any one knw why when i try running Combat Arms it says the folliwing 'Fail to Update Protection Modules-ErrorCode[0x30000030]

It's most probable a Hackshield problem. Disable Firewall and AntiVirus, go to your 'Nexon' folder (C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\HShield\Update\)
...and run 'autoup.exe'. Make sure it can connect.
If this doesn't work, re-install CA.
