How do you post your IM code thing?

I can't figure this stuff out. Please help.

To add your MPGH IM link to your thread:
Put code [IM]Add me on IM [/IM ] (Remove the space between this bracket)
After the equals sign you need to put your userID number. This can be found at the end of you profile URL. For example 3310457
