Not alot of time's, only until the 140 Kill limit has been reached or if there is another game mode, that surpasses this limit then I guess your theory could be plausible.

Simple answer Acording to nexon everyones hit boxes are the same so......... make your hitbox really really small on the tip of your toe DONE GOD MODE becouse hit boxes arnt server sided
