I've been trying to get on NPCVend for a few days now and I keep getting this.
It's been off-and-on ever since it's been released. I would only imagine it is the DMCA take downs their Datacenter or Provider receives, this is only speculation though.
I was never even able to purchase anything, goes to show how much they 'care' in a sense. I mean, look at MPGH IM when it released.
Give it a year or so and it might work half the time.
