Smokea

Anyone ever try refunding Smokea? I've seen it on a couple of refunders lists, but under the site's shipping policy it says that if anything happens during delivery you will have to make a request with the carrier who delivered. Haven't gotten a response back from anyone offering it. Just looking for some pipes, really.
