so ive asked dama for an official response of his for the situation that is happening right now

im not gonna comment on the contents just wanted to let yall know about what his side is

make sure to check this thread once in a while, ill be posting all the important information here as soon as i get it from dama

already told @Joe to refund all the people whose BTC he is holding right now
so those get refunded today

Update : ill ask dama if the people who have paid via paypal can chargeback so they can get their money back
→ Dama just told me hell refund everyone in BTC so dont chargeback yet

I do not see in what way he failed if he wanted to exitscam, he got over 30k EUR in BTC. But he is going to be refunding that. Whatever.

@Dama shouldn't be banned, even if it is just a soft ban. When people see her profile as banned, they will freak out as even more. Also, she should be able to login someway so she can answer the people.

Correct, chargeback period is 6 months anyways so hold tight and wait on Dama.

i have contact with him also being banned makes it impossible for people to get the IM logs which should be in the interest of buyers incase theres really LE investigating
