If you havent seen it yet, i would recommend Seraph of the End. Its still has the vampire/ghoul/monster theme going on, so should fill your void

Akame ga kill!, hunterxhunter, golblin slayer, seven deadly sins, fate (series), and Fullmetal alchemist
