There are no errors at all. And I wouldn't be able to even download this file with antivirus on. I tried running it in compatibility mode too, with Admin rights as well, but it just doesn't do anything. Like if I clicked bare air.

Try installing the latest VC++ runtimes.

If you have more than one anti-virus, make sure they are disabled.
