Lilly banned?

I see that Lilly has been banned, I currently have a Giveaway thread open so I can start selling my Twitch Affiliate Accounts services but she was the one who told me to create the giveaway and have staff draw a winner for a vouch. If s he is banned, is there anyone else that can do this for me or do I have to contact an admin?

Can @[MPGH]Smoke draw a winner?

yeah I think that theres many other mod's to do it too!
