SolvedGrimoire stuck at loading screen....

It is stuck at connecting to the game servers...Does anyone know why?(i tried with clearing cache and reinstalling it but still nothing).Do you guys have this problem too?

sometimes this happens to me too , the solution usually is switching to other server ( for example i usually log in twily but if this happens i log in twig and problem solved )( if twig has same problem i move to artix...etc)
