Yes. I can make a layout in Illustrator or I could program the entire app for you. The time it will take for me to do either of these things depend on what kind of app you want. I would assume it would take me a day or three to make a good looking layout in Illustrator. It would take me 1/2 weeks to program a simple app. 2/4 weeks to program a more advanced app. Add me on IM so we can discuss your ideas.
