You saw some kind of advertisement/sales thread of people selling Netflix accounts for $1 or so? My first suggestion is to use the search function and search "Netflix". You will get tons of results. If you'd like to focus that search or browse through multiple stores I would suggest going to the Marketplace, selling accounts/items and/or shops will have what you need.
Now, if you've found someone you'd like to purchase from you need to add them on IM. Somewhere in their thread they likely have a hyperlink that allows you to instantly add them. If not, you can open up MPGH's IM in the bottom left and search the username, add them and wait for them to respond. If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask. One last thing, if you have Marketplace concerns read the stickies they answer tons of questions.
