Refund a UPS Access Point Package?
Is it possible to due a refund for a package I picked up from a UPS access point? The name on my ID and the name on the package are different by a few letters, and I had to manually ask the store to keep the package longer than the allotted time. During the time, the UPS system said it was being returned to sender on day 15, but I picked it up day 20 because they placed a note saying I would come on day 20 to get it. It now says its been delivered to the named person the package was sent to. Is it worth opening an investigation to do a refund? <$300.
