It seems the devs just don't really care about this hack. It doesn't benefit by all means. I've played for over 750 hours and I don't care what rank am I lol. It's useless.
Since devs dont fixing their shit, changing my rank is the only way to play with people in my region. On ranks 20-11 I just cant find people when im playing maniac, same on ranks 1-4, only asians with ping 400+. So I have to change my rank with SAM to 5-10, and I can play it somehow. It is better just a lil bit. Not too much really, but still better.
