I heard about kids getting banned for FOV. I've been wary to use it because of that.

Not really a solid statement. It is still a bannable offence, using 3rd party programs in League is bannable.
2 years ago Riot banned streamers for using Cursevoice and not the in game voice chat.
Riot is aware of scripts and zoom hacks and is delivering bans in waves, so yes there is always a risk.

I was referring to (Don't worry been using for 2 years), members should be always careful and put the 'ban' risk in mind. League of Legends does ban waves instead of insta ban.
Just because you didn't get banned/ caught for it, doesn't mean it's 100% safe.
That works for toxicity aswell, my friends are 24/7 toxic ingame and they never got banned or chat restricted. Yesterday I flamed my jungler how bad he was (you are bad etc..) and it triggered the system and got chat restricted.

Nope. It's LoL prespective and not the cheat itself.

But yea you can, I did some cool edits/ montage playing with Replays tool.

This tutorial is still current! When 9.9 comes out I'll upload within a day!
