How did you find the offset? i really dont understand that...

Scan for 1 while fishing in water, scan for 0 when you're not. repeat untill you find 1 adress. pointer scan for this adress.
Close the game and open it again, dont forget to select the new trove process in cheat engine. Do the same thing untill you find 1 adress. now in the FIRST pointermap choose memory rescan and type in the adress you just found. After the scan you should have around 500 adresess, you can choose any of those. you take the Base Adress and the offsets which are next to it. those offsets are your StateWaterOffset.
To find the WaterOffset you need to scan for 1 when the bait is caught. Rest of the process is the same. When you're done with your rescan, take any offsets with the same base adress you found before. Those offsets are your WaterOffset
