the new water pointers
- - - Updated - - -
I will try to write down the method i'm using.
Open cheat engine and trove.
In cheat engine select the trove process.
Choose the liquid you want pointers for. (i do state of water and pointer base at the same time)
The best way is to begin with state of water (or other liquid) because you can see if you did it wrong or right at the end of the process. (Nippy's fish bot will tell you if it detects your liquid or not .)
Cast the lure into the liquid and scan for "1", then pull it out and scan for "0". (Repeat this step until you have minimal amount of results.)
Left click on the adress that you found and pick the option "Pointer scan for this address". Now change the Max different offsets per node to "6". Nr of thread to "2" and Max level to "6". Begin the scan. ( it will take a while depending on your pc)
When its done save it somewhere. (we are going to need it)
Exit trove and reopen it.
Now you have to find the address again in cheat engine. (dont forget to delete previous addresses from last scan)
Click on pointer scan for this address again and now press cancel.
In the second window go to "file" and open the file that you saved.
Go to pointer scanner tab and select Rescan memory.
Type in the address that you found now from cheat engine and click on scan.
Ignore the result that dont have Trove.exe or something like that at the beggining.
The first set of hex code is the base pointer (or just pointer).
The other "offsets" are the state of water (or the liquid of your choosing) data you need. 0x is always prefix so dont rewrite that. So just write in 0x"offset 0 here"+0x"offset 1 here" and so forth. If you did it correctly Nippy bot should tell you the right name of the liquid.
Same process goes for finding wateroffset too (or catching offset).
Just scan for 0 (lure has to be in water) when the lure is still and when its bouncing scan for 1 until you have minimal amount of results.
