Hello to the entire MPGH community,
I bought a SN Logitech UE Megablast and I made a replacement request.
Logitech support, after several email exchange, he asks me "A video of the speaker Megablast showing the serial number clearly visible and readable and the case number 07XXXXXX handwritten on a blank sheet."
In your opinion, does anyone on MPGH offer this service? I think a photoshop image can work.
I think Logitech have become stricter or maybe it's just this person? The contact is Ivaylo.
